These terms govern the Allspark apps, a personal self-hosted software platform operated by an independent individual. The apps are provided for the operator's personal and household use and are not offered as a commercial service to the public.
The apps may be used only in accordance with their purpose: operating the operator's own services on his own hardware and cloud accounts. Anyone else who encounters an Allspark app or page should not attempt to use, access, or probe it.
Where an Allspark app accesses Google APIs, that access is subject to the Google API Terms of Service (https://developers.google.com/terms). The app accesses Google data only under the OAuth scopes granted by the account owner, only for the narrow purpose disclosed at consent, and consistent with the Privacy Policy at /privacy on this site.
The apps are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the apps.
The operator may update these terms at any time; the updated date above reflects the current version.
